Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
You can review and update profile and workspace settings directly within StartupOS. To close your account, use the account settings in the platform or contact us. Closing your account initiates deletion of your data subject to any legal retention obligations.
You can opt out of marketing communications using the unsubscribe link in any email. For non-essential analytics, you can manage your preferences through your browser's cookie controls — see Manage Cookies.
StartupOS does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Therefore there is no "sale" or "sharing" to opt out of under laws such as CCPA/CPRA. If this ever changes, we will provide a clear opt-out mechanism and update this page.
To exercise any of the rights above, contact us at founders@getstartupos.com with your request. We will verify your identity before responding and aim to handle verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law (generally within one month). If you are acting on behalf of someone else, please include authorization to do so.
If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain why. If you disagree with our response, you may appeal by replying to our decision. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
